Strategy & Growth

I'm a builder and a scaler, and I'm not afraid to start from scratch. I join a team with little or no marketing, set the targets, pick the channels and build the first version of each one. Then I measure, keep what works and drop the rest.

What I do

What this looks like.

01

Start from the funnel, not the channel

Before any campaign, I map the path from first touch to signed deal. I look at where leads drop and where sales lose time. The first work goes where the leak is biggest.

02

ICP and segments

I define who we sell to and why they buy. Then I split the market into segments that each get their own message. Same product, different angle.

03

Pick few channels, build them well

A small team cannot do everything. I choose the two or three channels with the best odds and build them properly: site, SEO, outbound, paid. The rest waits.

04

Test, then decide

When the founder and I disagree, I don't argue. I say "let's test it" and show the result. It keeps the team calm and the decisions based on data.

05

Work with sales

Marketing that ignores sales fails. I work every day with outbound and sales, listen to calls and fix the handoff so leads arrive with full context.

06

A weekly rhythm

Each week: what shipped, what the numbers say, what we scale and what we cut. Short, written, and the next steps are clear.

FAQ

Common questions.

  • Yes, I did it as the first marketing hire at Review Collect. I build the base, prove what works, then the team grows around it. Today we are three.
