03 / Paid & Performance

Paid & Performance

I ran Meta and Google Ads, about 5k€ a month. I set up campaigns, tracking and creatives, then restructure when the data asks for it. Paid is one channel among others for me, so I always read it next to the rest of the funnel.

What I do

What this looks like.

01

Account structure

Clear campaigns by goal and audience, simple naming, no overlap. A clean account is easier to read and to fix.

02

Google Ads

Search campaigns built from keyword research, with intent-based groups and negative keywords. I match each ad group to a landing page that answers the same question.

03

Meta Ads creatives

I brief the angle, write hooks and copy, and produce the visuals in Figma. I test several angles at once and keep the ones people react to.

04

Tracking before spend

No budget goes out before conversions are tracked properly with Google Tag Manager and consent handled. Otherwise you optimise on wrong numbers.

05

Landing pages that match the ad

The ad promises one thing, the page must deliver it. I work on message match, form length and proof so paid traffic is not wasted.

06

Honest reporting

I report what paid brings to the pipeline, not only clicks. If a channel is weak, I say it and rebuild it. Our inbound mostly comes from the site and referrals.
