01 / Context
Review Collect is a B2B SaaS that helps brands collect customer reviews. When I joined, it had a founder focused on product, SDRs doing outbound and one Webflow landing page. There was no marketing, no real site and no inbound. I was the first marketing hire. The team is three today.
02 / What I did: site and SEO
I rebuilt the website from scratch: design, CMS, hosting and conversion. Then I built multi-language SEO in French, English and Spanish, with product, integrations, glossary, solutions, alternatives, case studies and blog pages. I write for Google and for AI answers.
03 / What I did: outbound, CRM, tools
I built the outbound machine: a pipeline that scrapes and enriches prospects and sends to each one by segment. I connected HubSpot and automated nurturing, lost deals, churn and a deck for every demo booked. I also ran Meta and Google Ads, about 5k€ a month, and built the internal marketing platform the team uses daily.
04 / Result
Inbound went from 0 to about 20 leads a month, with a marketing ROI of +68% since January across all channels. Lead to demo is at 21%. Most inbound comes from the site and referrals. What I built mostly runs without me, and some parts are still early.
