01 / Context

I created Versai as my own marketing agency. The idea: brands need consistent, good-looking marketing across many channels, but most small teams cannot hire for all of it. Versai offers it as one service.

02 / What I did

I defined the positioning: an AI-powered digital marketing agency for brands that want to be remembered. I organised the offer into seven service families and built the site to explain them. Production is assisted by AI, and the direction stays human.

03 / How it works

A client sends a brief and gets a quote in about one week. I direct the work and choose what ships. AI speeds up the production, and I check the quality and the brand fit.

04 / Where it stands

The agency is young. I use it to apply what I learned in growth to a client-facing offer, and to keep building in public.
