07 / AI & Automation

AI & Automation

I automate the work that repeats, with n8n, Make and AI automation with Claude. I also build internal tools the team uses every day. The goal is simple: what I build mostly runs without me, and people spend their time on the work that needs a human.

What I do

What this looks like.

01

Find what to automate

I list tasks that repeat, take time and follow clear rules. I start with the ones that cost the team the most hours.

02

n8n and Make workflows

Lead routing, CRM updates, alerts to Slack, data sync between tools. Simple flows with clear steps and error alerts.

03

AI automation with Claude

I use Claude to draft content, build creatives and prepare pitch decks. I use Claude Code every day to build and ship my own tools. A human checks the output.

04

Internal tools

Dashboards and campaign tools built on Supabase and deployed on Vercel. Marketing and sales use them daily, so they must be fast and clear.

05

Scrapers and data jobs

Python scripts and scheduled jobs on a private server collect and clean data. Apify handles the heavy scraping.

06

Keep it maintainable

Every automation has an owner, a log and a way to stop it. I stay honest on the recent parts: some of it is still early.

FAQ

Common questions.

  • Sometimes. Many flows work with n8n or Make without code. For custom tools and scrapers I write the code with Claude Code and test it.
