01 / Context

A job search creates a lot of small tasks: find offers, tailor a CV, track each application, follow up. I wanted one place for all of it, and less manual work.

02 / The CRM

JobHub is an application tracker built with Next.js, Neon (Postgres) and Vercel. It has a today view, a board and a list, and a detail drawer for each application. It is protected by a password, and the database is the source of truth.

03 / The Slack bot

A Python bot in Docker watches job offers, filters and scores them, and posts alerts in Slack with buttons: view, prepare, skip. It prepares an application file with a CV and answers, and sends reminders for follow-ups. It sends data to JobHub through an API.

04 / Why it matters

It is a private tool, so no public link. It shows how I work: spot a repeated task, build the small tool, and keep it simple enough to maintain. I built it with Claude Code.
