01 / Context

Web3 projects need visibility on X and Discord, and influencer marketing there is messy. Waty made it a game, so communities take part and projects get seen.

02 / What I did

I co-founded Waty and ran the marketing and sales side. I built the Webflow site, found clients and shaped the offer. I worked from scratch and with little budget.

03 / Result

Waty signed 7 clients. It was my first experience of building a product and finding its market on my own.
